The Role

This is a newly created role within the Technology team, reporting to the GM Technology.
You will be the person teams come to when they have a technology or AI problem to solve. That means understanding the real need behind each request, helping determine the right approach, and making sure teams have the tools, training, and resources to get genuine value from what is delivered.

Day to day, you will be:

  • Receiving and assessing technology and AI requests from across the business
  • Running discovery sessions and documenting requirements for technical teams
  • Building lightweight proof of concepts to test ideas quickly
  • Identifying AI and automation opportunities across content, marketing, operations, events, and administration
  • Designing, building, and maintaining AI agents, skills, automations, and workflow tools that help teams work more efficiently
  • Creating reusable prompts, templates, workflows, and internal resources that allow teams to solve common problems independently
  • Working with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, custom GPTs, AI agents, workflow builders, low-code/no-code platforms and other emerging AI platforms to prototype and operationalise solutions
  • Designing and delivering training that gives teams genuine confidence with new tools
  • Maintaining guides, workflows, and resources teams can access without having to ask
  • Tracking adoption and following up where teams need additional support
  • Owning the intake pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Developing tools, workflows, and prompts that help teams work better
  • Building trusted relationships across the business and keeping the enablement pipeline moving

Who We're Looking For

You have experience in a business analyst, technology enablement, or similar role. You are gathering requirements, mapping processes, and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are the right fit if you:

  • Have built prototypes, workflows, agents, skills, automations, or lightweight technical solutions in a previous role
  • Understand how to translate a business process into a practical technology or AI-enabled workflow
  • Have designed and delivered training for technology or AI tools
  • Stay current with AI, agentic tools, automation platforms, and workflow technology, and know how to apply them practically
  • Can manage multiple requests and priorities without losing quality
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to people at all levels
