Ivanhoe Cricket Club is a proud and growing community cricket club with strong junior and senior programs competing in the Victorian Sub District Competition. We are committed to excellence both on and off the field, providing opportunities for players, members, and families to enjoy cricket in a supportive environment.
The Role
The Media & Marketing Coordinator helps promote the club through social media, website updates, and member communications. This role supports community engagement, celebrates club achievements, and helps strengthen the club's brand and visibility.

Social Media
Create and schedule social media posts across both the club
Share match results, club news, events, and achievements.
Website
Keep the club website up to date with news, fixtures, events, and announcements.
Ensure information is accurate and relevant.
Newsletters & Communications
Prepare and distribute regular club newsletters.
Promote upcoming events, registrations, sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities.
Assist with communication to members, families, and supporters.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written communication skills.
Confidence using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Basic website and content management skills (or willingness to learn).
Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting community sport.
