  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Leverage retail and merchandise data to pitch tailored Membership packages to high-spending retail customers.

2. Product Ideation & Package Design (Membership & Retail)

  • Market Research: Analyse competitor offerings and A-League trends to propose new, innovative Membership categories.
  • Bundle & Merch Integration: Collaborate with the merchandise team to design "Bundle" packages ensuring the price-value relationship appeals to consumers.

3. Marketing, Retail & Campaign Strategy

  • Content Ideation: Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Retail teams to develop the hook for seasonal campaigns, defining messaging that resonates with different fan segments.
  • Digital Sales Funnels: Provide input on EDM and SMS copy, ensuring every communication has a clear call to action that drives sales.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue KPIs across Membership and promotional consumer products.
  • Campaign Analysis: Report on the return on investment for specific sales initiatives to inform future marketing spend.

5. Ticketing & Inventory Management

  • Ticketing Product Strategy: Translate Membership packages into technical ticket types within the system, ensuring seat categories match consumer expectations.
  • Pre-Sale & Group Booking Coordination: Manage the end-to-end ticketing process for large group bookings (e.g., local clubs or schools).
  • Inventory Maximisation: Monitor real-time seating availability to pivot sales strategies, focusing outbound efforts on specific bays or categories that have high vacancy rates.

6. Shared Customer Service & Match Day Operations

  • Shared Service & Support: Provide critical support to the Customer Service Coordinator during peak renewal periods, assisting with inbound service queues, phone lines, and general fan enquiries.
  • Match Day Lead Gen & Activation: Work all home game days and major club events as a compulsory requirement. Coordinate data-capture initiatives and on-site sales to build the pipeline for future seasons.
  • Consumer Team Support: Undertake other duties within the wider Consumer Business Team as directed by management to support retail and operational peaks.
