We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Marketing team, working alongside data professionals who will help you turn what you learned in your studies into real, applied skill.

This is a genuine graduate opportunity. You will support the models, pipelines, and dashboards that shape how we understand and grow our fanbase, learning directly from people who have done this for years.

The Role

You will support the team that turns our fan, marketing and performance data into decisions.

• Support churn, attendance and campaign conversion models
• Help build dashboards used by Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams
• Support Braze segmentation and propensity work for our campaigns
• Learn to package models into scoring systems and next best action logic
• Help connect ticketing, Braze, app and broadcast data into our warehouse
• Translate technical findings into clear updates for the wider team
• Build your SQL, Python and BigQuery skills on problems that matter

Who We're Looking For

You are curious, keen to learn, and motivated by outcomes rather than outputs. You want to build a strong foundation early and are not afraid to ask questions.

• Strong foundation in SQL and Python
• Exposure to data pipelines like dbt or Dataform
• Some experience with cloud platforms, ideally BigQuery
• Interest in marketing, CRM or fan behaviour data
• Clear communicator, keen to present findings

And the non-negotiables - you ask good questions, you follow through, and you want to grow into someone who can turn data into decisions that matter.
