About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Casual Volleyball Coach to join our dynamic sports department for Term 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with prior volleyball experience to mentor student-athletes and foster a supportive team culture.
The role offers competitive pay rates and a flexible schedule designed to fit alongside other personal or study commitments.
Key Position Details
Employment Type: Casual
Schedule: Weekday training sessions and Saturday competitive games
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate well-structured, engaging, and skill-focused volleyball training sessions.
- Coach, direct, and encourage students during Saturday match games.
- Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, safety, and individual athletic growth.
- Maintain a positive, energetic environment aligned with the College’s values and standards.
Skills & Expectations
- Demonstrated background in volleyball as a player or coach.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage young athletes effectively.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement.
