We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Sports Coaches to provide amazing coaching experiences for people of all ages at Y Leisure City in Epping. Coach cricket, basketball or soccer in a flexible casual role. Enjoy being part of a dynamic and supportive team environment with opportunities to explore other work areas at our leisure centre like customer service, gymnastics or party hosting. Multiple casual positions available. Ideally, you will have some previous sports coaching experience in basketball, cricket or soccer. Have a strong sports background but haven't coached before? No problem! We are looking for coaches of all levels (Junior through to Senior) and still encourage you to apply if you think you'd be a good fit.
Some of the key duties of this role will include:
- Deliver sports coaching according to the programs.
- Assist in delivering quality programs and a fun and supportive experience for participants.
- Assisting with set up/pack up of equipment.
- Being friendly, approachable, and helpful to all students and their parents/guardians where applicable.
You'll need availability to work weeknights after 4pm. There's also some availability for shifts during the day for school groups.

What do we hope you'll bring?
- Legal right to live and work in Australia.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years.
- A passion for sports and experience playing/competing.
- Experience as a sports coach, ideally in cricket, basketball or soccer (desirable)
- A fun, positive and supportive demeanour.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, particularly weeknights after 4pm.
- The ability to deal with patrons of all ages, cultures and abilities.
