Sydney Comets Basketball is inviting applications for an experienced, driven Head Coach to lead the Sydney Comets NBL1 Women’s team for the 2027 season.
This role offers the chance to steer a high-performance program, elevate athletes and coaches through focused development, strengthen team identity and accountability, and help create a clear pathway for Sydney's biggest junior representative program to excel in NBL1.
We’re seeking a coach with:
Proven experience in high-performance senior basketball representative environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine focus on developing players and coaching staff
The ability to build a positive, connected, and accountable team culture
A real commitment to contributing to the Sydney basketball community
