Kingborough Lions United FC is seeking an experienced and passionate football leader to lead our National Premier League (NPL) High Performance Men's Program. The Club is committed to developing players, supporting coaching excellence and creating a high-performance environment that delivers both on-field success and long-term player development.

The NPL Head Coach will be responsible for leading all aspects of the program, including football performance, player development, implementation of the Club's football philosophy, staff leadership, recruitment and retention, and fostering a positive, professional and high-performance culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Tasmania's leading football clubs and play a key role in shaping the future of the men's program while contributing to the development of players across the Club's pathway system.

Essential Requirements

• Football Australia/AFC B Diploma (minimum)
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
• Demonstrated experience coaching within a senior or high-performance football environment
• Strong leadership, communication and player development skills

Desirable

• Football Australia/AFC A Diploma or higher
• Experience coaching in NPL or equivalent competitions
• Experience leading high-performance football programs
