In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of world-class strength and conditioning programs aimed at maximising the physical performance of nationally categorised QAS athletes.

In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs aimed at maximising the pipeline of future Paralympic Athletes through the newly formed QAS Para Unit. The QAS Para Unit will be run in collaboration with a wide range of Para sports and include para athletes from a pre-elite to categorised

This role will assist coaches of the Action and Acceleration Centre of Excellence prepare senior elite and podium potential cyclists for domestic and international competition, with a focus on winning at the Olympic Games. It will have high involvement with track sprint and BMX race disciplines.
