The purpose of the Senior Operations Coordinator is to assist in the management and delivery of non-event day operations of the venue, including security operations, venue access and associated accreditation systems, periodical and functions cleaning programs, venue event preparations, emergency and risk management and tenant operational issues.

Work will be conducted from Pizzey Park and other affiliated training facilities.
While opportunities exist across areas such as customer service, pool lifeguarding and operations, this role has a strong focus on Learn to Swim (LTS) instruction, supporting the delivery of high-quality aquatic education programs for our community.
