The Apparel & Merchandise Manager has two broad areas of responsibility: Managing the official apparel program (including on- and off-bike clothing) for AusCycling athletes and staff, and Overseeing AusCycling’s official merchandise program.

Provide technical direction and co-ordination to the Australian Para-cycling Program Athletes. This role will involve overseeing categorised and identified National Team Para-cycling athletes as they prepare for senior elite international competition; with a focus on winning at the Paralympic Games and World Championships.

Design and lead the execution of the Data and Insights strategy for the AC Performance pillar to benefit 1) Performance outcomes in the biggest bike competitions on the planet, 2) Strategic and governance decisions and, 3) Talent identification and development.

The State Operations Lead - NSW is responsible for delivering exceptional events while supporting clubs and administration of the sport alongside supporting day-to-day operations in New South Wales.

As a member of the AusCycling Events delivery team, the Program Coordinator - SA is responsible for the planning and administration of Talent ID testing, intake and coaching sessions, and Foundation and Development programs.
