The Officials Development Coordinator leads the coordination, development and continuous improvement of AusCycling’s officials education pathway. The role supports program delivery across all disciplines, ensuring officials are trained, supported and recognised, while overseeing development, recertification and retention initiatives.
The Development Coach will act as the Lead Coach to the AusCycling South Australia State Development program and Talent ID program and will contribute to the high performance cycling coach community working closely with SASI, AusCycling and club cycling coaches.
The Para-Cycling Coach will participate in talent identification initiatives and deliver coaching to athletes in structured talent development programs toward achieving Auscycling emerging athlete categorization.
