As a member of the Australian Sailing (AS) Performance Support team, the Physical Preparation Lead will drive holistic athlete development to positively impact training and performance.

Reporting to the AS High Performance (HP) Pathways Manager and NSWIS High Performance Manager, the State Performance Pathways Lead NSW, will be responsible for leadership and on-water coaching of the NSW State Sailing Performance Program.
