The Duty Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring they are prepared and adequately staffed to provide services and activities that meet professional service standards. They also manage water filtration equipment, including plant room checks and conducting regular water quality tests in line with health standards.

Casual Lifeguard opportunities exist for dynamic, motivated and suitably experienced individuals to become part of the Lifeguard team at Active Monash leisure facilities. Applicants will have a strong commitment to providing a customer focused, friendly and safe aquatic environment for all guests engaged in aquatic activities within the centres.
