Develop and implement strategic objectives, policies, and service levels for the Protocol and Guest Management program, ensuring effective client journey mapping, and contributing to reporting processes for AFC WAC26

Manage the planning and implementation of AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026™ safety and security obligations and coordinate stadiums and non-competition venues safety and security activities to meet AFC regulations and the relevant tournament requirements in Australia.

The role will assist with the administration and coordination of National Multicultural Programs for the Nation and is an important member of Football Australia’s Community Team and will work on key Multicultural programs targeting participation from age 5 through to 18.

As a key ambassador for Football Australia and football in Australia this role will select, monitor, prepare and improve the best Youth Women’s Australian players for the team to succeed at the AFC U-20 Women's Championships and FIFA U-20 Women’s Tournaments.

This role is responsible for comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of all matters related to Broadcast and Media Operations for the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup

The role will be responsible for the creation of integrated marketing and promotional campaigns that grows tournament awareness and contributes to ticket sales, as well as audience growth across broadcast, social and digital channels.
