We are recruiting a Membership Acquisition & Retention Coordinator to support the club’s retention strategy by driving renewals, acquiring new members throughout the season, and encouraging engagement with games and membership benefits. The role also assists with general sales enquiries, match days, and member events.
Reporting to the Head of Membership Sales & Retention, this role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with Priority One and Reserved Seat members, delivering a premium service experience.
