Illawarra Basketball Association (IBA) is looking for an energetic, organised and community-minded Development Officer to join our team at the Snakepit. This is a hands-on role at the heart of junior pathways, coach education and community programs across the Illawarra, with a particular focus on growing female participation in our sport.
