Following the successful Olympic Campaign at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Paddle Australia is seeking to recruit an experienced and values driven Senior National Sprint Kayak Coach to be based at the National Training Centre on the Gold Coast, QLD.

Provide coaching to Canoe Slalom Performance Pathways athletes, focusing on identified Junior athletes and assist with coaching of U23 athletes. Assist & collaborate with the NSW hub coach on delivering technical foundational skills to the National Development Squad (NDS) athletes and state level and support talent identification in Western Sydney
