Help shape the family experience of the Perth Bears. Support players and their families through relocation, wellbeing, while helping build WA’s newest NRL club from the ground up.
Lead the implementation of the Perth Bears coaching philosophy and skill development framework. Working closely with coaches, athletes and high performance staff to create an aligned development environment that supports player progression from grassroots and academy programs through to representative and professional pathways.
Working with athletes, coaches, affiliate clubs, and performance staff, this role will design and deliver evidence based athletic development programs, oversee athlete testing and monitoring, support talent identification, and ensure alignment with the club’s NRL High Performance model.
