The BA Member Services Manager is a new position created to lead the setup and management of a national database and provide onboarding and ongoing support to states, territories and clubs. The database will provide access to much needed badminton data to help make informed decisions and grow badminton participation and stakeholder engagement.

The position is responsible for managing the day to day activities of Bowls in the NT and growing participation under the Club Support program.

To develop State Institute/State Academy based High Performance Network (HPN) Coaches with the purpose of creating the best possible pathways and pathway programs for athletes and coaches. In addition, ensure that transitions from domestic to pro-cycling domains are done in an informed fashion.
