The Operations Manager, Ipswich Greyhounds will initially manage the operations of the Ipswich Showgrounds racing venue. Developing strong working relationships with venue staff and industry participants, the Operations Manager is responsible for the development and management of the administrative, financial and racing operations of the venue

The position will be responsible for managing marketing, communications and event management of the Club. In the role you will need to switch between strategic and operational hands-on activities all of the time, so we are looking for a dynamic individual who can think and doesn’t mind getting their “hands dirty”.
