Work with the Sport department to help to deliver our Secondary School Sports Program for the 2025-26 season through Rowing coaching.
Reporting to the Mercantile Head Coach the Performance Development Coach will be a key member of the coaching team and will be key in the development of performance Rowers at Mercantile Rowing Club and the Rowing Australia Pathway Program
This role is for someone who is compassionate, empathic and who enjoys working as part of a team.
