NSWIS is seeking a fulltime Senior Strength and Conditioning Practitioner to support Rowing Australia's Women's National Training Centre.
Reporting to the Mercantile Head Coach the Performance Development Coach will be a key member of the coaching team and will be key in the development of performance Rowers at Mercantile Rowing Club and the Rowing Australia Pathway Program
