The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO to lead Special Olympics Australia effectively. This part-time (0.6-0.8 FTE) position provides high-level executive, administrative, and strategic support ensuring the CEO can focus on advancing the organisation's mission and strategic objectives.
The State Manager - Vic/Tas will lead and coordinate all Special Olympics participation opportunities across Victoria and Tasmania, including weekly sports training and competitions, participation growth initiatives and other endorsed Special Olympics programs across school, community and club settings.
This role is responsible for leading and managing the daily training environment for nationally categorised athletes based in South Australia overseeing athlete preparation, ensuring alignment with National Program priorities and the consistent delivery of high-quality, individualised performance environments.
