The Team develops and produces customised equipment solutions for Australia’s Olympic and Paralympic Athletes.

Working as part of the AIS Performance Pathways team, you will provide strategic support to National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) and the National Institute Network (NIN) to optimise the talent identification and development of Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games athletes to facilitate medal-winning performances in the future. 

Within the Performance Services team, you will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of physiology in accordance with the branch strategy. As an experienced Physiologist, you will apply your expertise across a diverse range of athletes and sports.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail who can be successful in understanding Australia’s Win Well High Performance 2032+ Sport Strategy and aligning with AIS Performance to execute goals seamlessly.
