This position is responsible for the efficient and effective leadership of the Golf Course Customer Serve Team and overview of the on-course maintenance contractor. It is vital for coordinating a number of duties within the branch including the pro shop retail, contractor management, driving range & course presentation.

The position is responsible for the provision of front desk and shop related duties to all Golf Course players and members. This includes general reception and customer service duties including phone enquiries, cash handling, course bookings, selling memberships and general administrative duties relating to the role.
