An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physical Preparation Manager to join our National Women’s program, The Hockeyroos, in 2025. This role is responsible for improving the physical preparation of the women’s national squad for key benchmark events, including the LA 2028 Olympics.

The Participant Experience Manager will be responsible for working within the sports ecosystem to identify and develop safe, welcoming, inclusive, and fun user experiences in the places where sporting experiences take place (e.g. schools, clubs, and non-traditional places).
