The High Performance Manager - Athletics will provide high performance leadership at the State level, supporting coaches to identify, develop, support and progress, athletes towards medal winning performances.

Based in Brisbane, this role requires the provision of Physiotherapy support to athletes in the national program as well as to categorised podium, developing and emerging athletes in the QAS Cycling program. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to support exceptional high performance outcomes.

The QAS Technical Lead - Psychology is responsible for providing direction and leadership within QAS’ Psychology program, to support practitioners in their delivery of exceptional clinical performance support to athletes and coaches.

Building on the success of our athletes at the recent 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, the QAS now has an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the next four-year Olympic and Paralympic cycle. We are looking for motivated QAS Senior Dietitian Swimming/ Swimming Australia National Lead in providing support to our athletes.

The Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement Practitioner will have the opportunity to assist the Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement team to deliver impactful Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement (AW&E) services to QAS supported athletes as well as developing and implementing a range of AW&E products and services that are aligned to the 2032 QAS Strategy.

The Head of Performance Health position is responsible for providing direction and leadership across the QAS Performance Health Unit (compromising of medical, physiotherapy, nutrition and psychology practitioners) to ensure the delivery of effective performance health support for athletes and coaches.
