Leads implementation of a new articulated credit model for training and assessment at Surf Life Saving NSW. Rationalises volunteer trainer/assessor programs, transitions from VET to non-accredited delivery, updates AQTF-aligned policies, and delivers change management, communications and presentations to support volunteers.
Design and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational resources aligned to the NSW curriculum and embedding key beach and ocean safety messages. Ensure programs are inclusive, culturally safe, and strategically aligned to support the organisation’s goal of fostering safe, informed communities through engaging secondary education.
