The Scots College seeks a visionary Rugby - Head of Performance and 1st XV Rugby Coach to lead the technical direction and coaching excellence of it's program. This leader will develop a College-wide curriculum, mentor coaching staff, and implement professional learning to ensure the program remains at the forefront of AAGPS and IPSHA competitions.
