Facilitate, consult and/or personally deliver medical services to WPA’s high performance athletes and coaches (both the men’s and women’s programs) in a manner which contributes to the achievement of WPA’s performance targets and strategic goals.

Lead and manage both the Strategic objectives and National Technical direction of the National Performance Pathways Program within Water Polo Australia’s High Performance Unit.

Lead the development and delivery of performance support plans, systems and processes with an underpinning philosophy of performance health. You will lead, manage, influence and mentor performance support staff, contractors and NIN partners to ensure alignment to WPA’s HP Strategy and foster collaborative, multi-faceted, high performing teams.

Lead the development, planning and execution of an integrated and holistic wellbeing system, aligned to WPA’s HP Strategy for all categorised WPA athletes and support staff.
