This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to plan and deliver safe exercise for children and young adolescents. It involves planning, demonstration, instruction, review and modification of activities and instructional techniques to meet participant needs.
12 weeks is given to complete course from starting date, however completion is flexible and self-determined. You may complete course at your own pace.
You are required to conduct 10 practical physical activity sessions then complete/submit the following:
- Video - recordings of 2 sessions
- Portfolio of evidence (Documents to support practical)
- Workbook consisting of 7 short answer questions
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
