Description
The Advanced Silver Coach Accreditation provides a coach with the skills and knowledge to coach athletes up to state and/or national level with the potential to support gymnasts on the pathway to international competition.
The Advanced Silver Accreditation is gained by completing the FIG Level 2 Academy Program. Please note that to be eligible to attend a FIG Level 2 Academy Program coaches must already hold a FIG Level 1 Accreditation.
Who Should Apply?
This course is most suited to coaches who have experience working with gymnasts in Level 7 to 10 or equivalent. To gain this experience, it is expected that the coach will have gained knowledge through appropriate professional development and learning.
Please be advised that to be eligible for an Advanced Silver Coach Accreditation, candidates must achieve 60% or above in both the theoretical and practical components of the course. If a candidate already holds an Advanced Silver Accreditation course results will not affect this accreditation.
