The award-winning Swimming Australia Development Coaching Program focuses on developing a broad range of coaching skills and techniques while also promoting participation in competitive swimming at club, district and regional level.

This course is developed to help AUSTSWIM Teachers develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of the higher levels in learn-to-swim programs. The course aims to provide candidates with a better understanding of how to deliver longer sessions as well as how to develop strokes so they become more and more efficient in the water.
