YMCA Victoria is a not-for-profit community organisation which builds strong people, families and communities. We do this through programs and initiatives designed to provide health, fitness and personal development opportunities to all sections of the community.
We deliver programs and services to 300,000 people a week at 149 locations every day in settings including camps, student accommodation, recreation and sporting facilities, schools and kindergartens.
Our work builds connections between people, encourages social inclusion, and promotes individual empowerment by improving people's holistic health and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome at the YMCA, regardless of faiths, races, ages, abilities and income. We strive to ensure that no one is turned away for inability to pay.
YMCA Victoria employs 4,500 staff and has 1,900 volunteers who contribute to helping build strong people, families and communities.
