As this role within Football Northern Territory (FNT) includes operating as part of a team, the successful candidate is expected to work as a team member, exhibit appropriate behaviours and respect to our employees and stakeholders, and work with a deep spirit of co-operation. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR 

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in coaching, football development and sport administration.
  • Will hold your FFA/AFC B Diploma or equivalent i.e. UEFA B Licence.
  • Sound IT knowledge and understanding of the Cloud. Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, personal data management, data mining and reporting, website updating
  • You will always be accountable
  • You will be a strong team player who works co-operatively and constructively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You will be an employee with a desire for continuous improvement and an understanding and appreciation of diversity. 
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and engagement across the organisation.

  • Good planning and organisation skills.

KEY OUTCOMES 

  • Partnership Program engagement and uptake by all selected Clubs.
  • Selected Club awareness and access to the program, inclusive of resources, knowledge transfer, action planning and strategic thinking.
  • Increased opportunity and engagement for disadvantaged members within the selected community clubs.
  • Increased capacity and capability of selected clubs to be functional, efficient and compliant entities, on and off the field with regard to the partnership program.
  • Effectively engage, mentor and grow several supporting volunteers in each club to assist with partnership program and priority planning
  • Overall satisfaction and collaboration among stakeholders and beneficiaries 
  • Program growth and progression over time with a specific focus on the FFA Game Changer Programme
  • Represent FNT and Celtic and build relationships with key Club stakeholder groups to ensure consistency of FNT’s messages and image. 
  • Report activity outcomes to the FNT CEO and Celtic FC Head of Soccer Academy, compile external reports that include learnings and recommendations for the future. 
  • Maintain good working relationships with FNT and Celtic staff, Governments, land councils, the Clubs, the football family, suppliers, sponsors and volunteers.
  • The CEO will oversee all financial management, planning, systems and controls but you are to complete all key accountabilities within agreed timelines and budgetary requirements, including generating cost savings where possible.
