We are seeking an experienced and passionate volunteer Head Coach to lead the Harvey Norman Women’s Team to success. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, guiding athletes to reach their full potential, and leading the team on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-performance training sessions to enhance player skills and team dynamics.
Develop game strategies and tactics to maximise team performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes discipline, respect, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team management and medical staff to ensure player welfare and optimise performance.
Scout and recruit talented players to build a competitive roster.
Provide mentorship and leadership to players, inspiring them to achieve their best on and off the field.
Conduct post-match analysis to identify areas for improvement and plan future strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching at a competitive level, ideally within women’s sport.
Current NRL Senior Club Coach Accreditation.
Strong understanding of game tactics, player development, and high-performance coaching methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with athletes, staff, and stakeholders.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
