We are currently seeking casual staff to join our team based at our Leisure Centres - Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness centre in Keilor Downs and the Sunshine Leisure Centre in the heart of Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, we are seeking casual Customer service Officers who can bring their skills and experience for:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Membership sales and retention
  • Complaint handling
  • Administrative tasks

To be considered you will have:

  • Experience in face to face customer service roles
  • The ability to work in fast paced and high pressure environments
  • Flexible availability (early mornings, nights & weekends)
  • Passion to deliver a positive experience to our members and customers
