We have an exciting opportunity for a Membership Manager to join our club in Ryde, reporting into the General Manager, in this role you will be passionate about Member Retention and Customer Service, manage all aspects of member retention and our Member Concierge (Reception) team.

About the Role
In this full time role, you will primarily be responsible for attracting and retaining members with every call and interaction you have while providing membership administration support to ensure that membership payments are made and maintained.
You will be responsible for:
Membership Retention and achieving set targets / KPIs
Managing the Reception/Member Concierge Team
Member Experience in collaboration with the Sales Team
Contributing to Club Leadership Team and to a positive culture
Debt collection; and membership based administration; and
Being a Brand Ambassador for the Next Gen Product.
While this role is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, this role requires flexibility of working weekends if and when required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong customer service and problem solving skills;
Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills;
Experience working in a team environment;
A passion for the health, fitness & lifestyle industry;
Well-developed communications skills;
Previous experience in a sales/retention based role would be advantageous;
Reporting capabilities and Excel know-how
An excellent track record working with KPI's, targets and sales goals;
Excellent objection handling and closing skills;
The ability to take ownership and be a problem solver;
Highly motivated, with high energy levels; and
High level verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.

Flexible to work across 7 days, however general hours will be week days
