The Epping Rams are a mid-sized club, built by the players for the players.

We compete in the NSW Suburban Rugby Union competition, with success in our 2024 season coming in the form of two premierships (Stockdale Cup & Richardson Cup).

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and proactive individuals to join our coaching and management team. Promoting a love of rugby in a social setting is what the Rams are all about.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparation and leadership of training plans that are consistent across all teams;
• Attendance at training sessions and games;
• Enhancing the player-focused and success-driven culture of the Club;
• Collaborating with other coaching staff with regards to selections and club directions;
• Assistance with player recruitment;
• Support Club efforts around player welfare and man management;
• Grow with the Club and be a positive influence on the playing group.

While previous rugby coaching experience is preferred, we are willing to work with the right individuals to develop coaching nous and ability.
