The CRM Manager is an integral role within the team, core to driving and supporting the commercial growth of Rugby Australia's portfolio of brands.

The role exists to increase the number of Match Officials in NSW and assist in the education and support of Referee Associations, schools and competitions. The role will work closely with Rugby AU to develop and implement national action plans relating to Match Officials.
