  • Permanent part-time position available at the Enfield Aquatic Centre
  • Hourly rate ranging from $33.75 to $40.34, plus 11.5% superannuation
  • Rotating seven-day roster with a minimum of 18 hours per week

Your Position:

As a Customer Service Officer at the Enfield Aquatic Centre, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality customer service, assisting with program enrollments and inquiries, and supporting the administration needs of the Centre. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers and community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times and addressing customer concerns professionally
  • Supporting program enrollments, facility information inquiries, and promoting Centre services
  • Accurately handling cash transactions and balancing receipts, especially during peak periods
  • Providing administrative support to Team Leaders and the Centre Manager, including facility bookings, invoicing, and purchasing administration
  • Assisting with Centre procedures, daily opening/closing routines, and system checks
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Centre programs and services to assist customers

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate information with clarity and accuracy
  • Proven time management skills and ability to work well in busy environments
  • Strong customer service skills, including experience with a diverse community
  • Cash handling experience and competency in using databases and office-related software
  • Availability to work out of hours and on weekends as required

Key Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccination for all employees (2 Vaccines)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police History Check
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment health assessment 
  • Local Government working experience an advantage
