Description

The Performance Pathways Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of Australian Taekwondo’s Performance Pathway Program, in collaboration with Combat AUS. The role focuses on enhancing athlete and coach development within the pathway (from club level upwards), organising training and competition opportunities, and delivering technical development for both athletes and coaches across each state and territory. This position is essential in cultivating an inclusive, safe, and family-friendly environment that supports excellence in Taekwondo, aligned with the missions and visions of both CombatAUS and AT.

The Performance Pathways Lead will report directly to the National Head Coach for technical delivery and to the AT Head of Performance for program administration/strategy.
