Bankstown Football are seeking a strongly motivated person, preferably with experience in Sports Administration to focus on the efficient running of administration and stakeholder engagement. The objectives of this full-time position are:
To ensure the efficient running of the Office for Bankstown District Football Association
To provide administrative support to the General Manager
To provide administrative support to each department
Maintain databases
To provide a link and be the principal point of contact between the Association and Clubs participating in all BDAFA competitions
To provide a link between the BDAFA and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications or practical experience to fulfil this role
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate, particularly MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
Excellent customer service skills
Professionally presented
Flexible in work hours
Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of Grassroots sports Governance and Competitions’ structure
Knowledge of online registration and competition management systems
Knowledge & experience with accounting program Xero will be highly regarded
