About the role:
Reporting to the Health & Wellness supervisor, the Gym Floor Attendant is responsible for providing support to the Health and Wellness Team, our members and guests. The role will focus on fitness consultations, exceptional program prescription, providing exceptional customer service and forming relationships with our members and guests to drive customer satisfaction and retention of members. You will respond to enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate information regarding facilities and services available, while monitoring the quality of programming and assisting other team members when needed, providing feedback to the Gym Floor Supervisor on the Safety of our participants.

Required skills:
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Not essential but recommended)
- Current CPR
- Prove First Aid
- Working with Children Check
- Strong fitness prescription experience
- Knowledge in a diverse range of fitness related specialties
- Confident conflict resolution skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
