About the role
The Administrator is a part-time role (0.6FTE) based out of the National Snowsports Training Centre, located at Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre, Jindabyne NSW.
This role reports to and works with the Manager, Winter Sports programs, with the primary purpose to facilitate the effective delivery and daily operations of the program. It will build and maintain collaborative relationships with key winter sport program partners (e.g., Snow Australia, Olympic Winter Institute of Australia, Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts, National Snowsports Training Centre staff). This role is also responsible for ensuring that winter sports programs’ athletes, coaches and staff achieve a high standard of compliance with all essential NSWIS policies and procedures.
This is an exciting period for Australian winter sports with the recent development of the National Snowsports Training Centre and airbag facility in Jindabyne along with the international performance of our athletes.
This is a part time position, attracting a salary range of $44,885 - $47,877 plus superannuation. The contract period for this role is up to 31 December 2028 in line with the Olympic cycle.
This is an identified position requiring a Working with Children Check.

About you
You will have:
- Experience of providing quality coordination, operational and administrative support - ideally within sport programs -in line with relevant policy, procedures, and philosophy.
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective budget and resource coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and report concise and relevant information to stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, Career Guidance, Personal Development (Arts, Business, or Sciences undergraduate degree) or similar.
- Awareness of contemporary issues relating to athletes in high performance sport (mental health, wellbeing, social issues).
- Demonstrated workplace vocational experience in a related field.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current driver’s license.
- Working with Children (WWC).
- Sport Integrity Australia - Anti-Doping Fundamentals and annual update 2025.
