We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Football Development Manager with a current B licence to oversee the delivery of football and coaching programs within the Nepean Football Association District. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Coaching Courses, Development Programs, and School Holiday clinics, as well as engaging with community clubs to promote participation in football.
Skills:
Current B licence in coaching
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement football programs
Knowledge of community engagement strategies
Experience working within the leisure & sport industry
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver development programs for players of all ages within the Nepean FA District
Develop and deliver coaching courses for Coaches within the Nepean FA District
Manage development programs aimed at improving skills and knowledge of participants
Coordinate School Holiday clinics to promote participation in football among youth
Engage with community clubs to build relationships and support grassroots development
Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback from participants
Qualifications:
Demonstrated Experience in coaching and sports management
Current Football Australia B licence in coaching
Drivers Licence
Working with Children Check
