About the role

The objective of the Club Services Officer role is to increase the productivity, capability and resilience of the local volunteer run community tennis club workforce and support their on-going operational sustainability. The Club Services Officer will work closely with a small number of clubs in improving the digital enablement outcomes and administrative capabilities of volunteer run tennis clubs in the South West region of Victoria.

In this role you will:

  • Support administration and maintenance of ClubSpark platforms of each club.
  • Ensure accuracy of club participant records and assist with club data collation/reports.
  • Support each club in the creation of customised social media and web-based marketing materials & plans, as tailored to individual club needs.
  • The administration and maintenance of Tennis Australia systems as relevant to each club (ie. League Manager, Tournament Planner, UTR).
  • Support clubs with their Customer Service channels (in-person, phone and email channels).

About you
What you will bring to the role:

  • Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge and skills.
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly with others.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationships and stakeholder management.
  • A background & passion for tennis (or sport) at a community level will be looked upon favourably.
  • Qualifications and/or suitable experience in marketing, social media and webpage design & content
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
