Your Role: Printer & Machine Operator/Designer
As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring that everything runs seamlessly from the initial design to the final print. Whether you're operating printers, the laser engraver or creating stunning graphics, you'll be the driving force behind our high-quality products. You'll enjoy a diverse range of tasks and challenges, all while being supported by a dynamic, energetic team that values collaboration and creativity. Your contributions will ensure every project is executed flawlessly from start to finish, delivering exceptional results for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Printer & Machine Operator and Graphic Designer, your responsibilities include:
• Operate Machinery: Efficiently operate Laser Engraver, DTF printer & Vinyl cutter to produce high-quality products.
• Maintenance of Machinery: Regularly inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Create Artwork: Design custom or repeat graphics and layouts that align with client specifications, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing results.
• Assist in Production: Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of print jobs.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-5 years of experience in printer & machine operations and graphic design: You should have hands-on experience working with various printers including vinyl cutters and DTF printers & machinery such as laser engravers. Some knowledge of various printing software including JobControl, Print Factory, Rasterlink
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities: You'll need to ensure high-quality products and accurate designs, solving technical issues and troubleshooting when necessary to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal): You’ll collaborate with clients and team members, ensuring clear communication about design requirements, project status, and any potential challenges.
• Proficiency in graphic design programs (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, etc.): You should be comfortable using design software to create artwork
• Strong time management and organizational skills: Handling multiple projects and maintaining production schedules will require you to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• A can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding results: We’re looking for someone who is proactive and committed to producing the best possible results, even under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working towards common goals: As part of our team, you’ll work closely with others to meet customer needs and ensure the successful execution of each project from start to finish.
