The role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Swim Coach to join our coaching team.
The Swim Coach assists the Director of Swimming/Head Coach to deliver an exceptional swim program across both curriculum and club swimming.
As Swim Coach you will support students to develop and perform at their highest level, fostering strong links and philosophical progression through established pathways from Learn-to-Swim through to performance swimming.
You will be joining a highly successful coaching team, with international accolades and a competitive program.
This role is part-time at 27 hours per week and will include split shifts and weekend work.
About you:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- An understanding and commitment to the Christian values and ethos of the School and PMSA.
- Proven successful experience in a similar position/s and/or demonstrated attributes considered relevant by the employer.
- Minimum Certification - Bronze Licenced Swimming Coach.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current Working with Children Blue Card (mandatory).
- Completion of the Pool Plant Operator’s Certificate (highly desirable)
