ABOUT YOU
Accredited Physiotherapist or Osteopath
Experience in a private clinic setting
Demonstrated success in sports rehabilitation and performance
Keen understanding of biomechanics
Proficient knowledge of sports testing data collection, interpretation, and application
Attention to detail
Confidence and experience in exercise programming and delivery
Exceptional communications skills
Genuine commitment to person-centred care
Critical thinking abilities
Passion for continuous learning and growth
Interest in contributing to and being part of a small team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess and diagnose a range of sports-related injuries and conditions
High-Performance Rehabilitation: Mange the clinic during the week by delivering our Sports Rehab Program
Injury Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent injuries and build strength and resilience in athletes
Develop and execute personlised treatment plans for patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education an advise on injury prevention and performance enhancement
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Generate and maintain accurate financial clinic records petaining to but not exclusive to incoming and outgoing memberships to the rehabilitation program.
Team Collaboration: Engage with our team and community sporting partnerships to ensure a sealess transition from rehabilitation to performance
Establish Trust: Foster trust and confidence among athletes by demonstrating unwavering support.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
Full AHPRA registration
Preferred experience in sports coverage and acute injury management
Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check
First Aid certificate
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
