About the role

• Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
• Full time (flexible FTE options available)
• Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
• $98,825 – $103,784 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Sport Implementation Lead coordinates and delivers capacity building activities with a range of key stakeholders in the sport setting. Facilitate evidence-based training and workshops with elite athletes, coaches, referees, sports administrators, sporting executives and other sport stakeholders, both in person and online.

About you

You will enjoy facilitating in person and online training, workshops, Communities of Practice, presentations and webinars that will support sporting organisations to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence in the prevention of violence against women and gender equality. You also have experience working within or alongside sporting organisations or professional sporting clubs with skills in engagement and culture change in the sporting sector.
